Arctic Blast

This week has been filled with lots of crazy weather with snow, ice and freezing temperatures...also known has arctic blast. Personally, since I have nothing going on right now I'm loving the weather. With all the snow we have been able to play in it with my niece! It's so cold you just wanna cuddle up on the couch with a blanket and hot chocolate to watch a movie...I just need my boy to join me :( The snow has been very fun and I'll be sad to see it go away.Snowflakes in my eyelashes is my favorite

22nd Birthday... am I old now?

For my 22nd birthday my big sister wanted to make sure that I had a special birthday and that Jon could join in on the celebration, since he hasn't been able to the past 2 years. It was very sweet of her and it was a lot of fun. She made the house very beautiful with candles and my favorite colors, pink and black. Also we all dressed up and looked so beautiful.

Singing Christmas Tree

I got to go to the Singing Christmas Tree during Thanksgiving break with Devin, Tami, Kristie and Megan. It was my second time going and it was so much fun. I love to dress up and it gave me an excuse to wear a dress I bought last year and still hadn't worn yet. We all looked so good! lol I wish that I had pictures of all of us but I just have a picture of Megan and I... how cute are we? I love her little holiday dress.

We were all wondering how Megan would be but she loved it. She loves lights and music so this was perfect for her. She just sat up on Kristie's lap clapping her hands and at times she was singing along so loud we had to tell her to be quiet! She also took quite a liking to Santa, every time he would leave the stage she would start saying, "Santa...hello? Santa?", so funny. So was a very good girl and very entertaining to watch!

All About Megan

So if you don't know yet I have the most adorable niece in the world and after this weekend there are a couple stories that I need to share.

1. Megan has always loved Jon. I don't know what it is but she does. She likes to cuddle him, kiss him, and just be next to him. It is the funniest and cutest thing in the world.

Thanksgiving day cuddling on the couch
We tried to change Megan into your PJ's but she just wanted to be in her diaper and watch TV on Jon's lap lol.
Megan is tickling Jon...Jon isn't scared of her!
So precious!

2. After shopping on Black Friday we all made breakfast at the parents house. After breakfast I was going to take a nap so I found Megan who was running around looking for squirrels. When I found her I said Megan Aunt Kelly is going to go ni-night. She looked at me and turned her head and said ni-night? I thought that she was thinking I was telling her she needed to go to bed but I was wrong. She grabbed my hand lead me all the way upstair into Tami's room (where I had been sleeping) she pointed at the bed and said ni-night and as she closed the door behind her she said love you! She tucked me into bed!! How cute is that?

Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving we were fortunate even to have Jon join us for a holiday! He was very busy with school and we were basically a pit stop on his way home but I'll take it. It was a lot of fun to just spend time with my family and my love! We ate lots of food, played games, played wii, scouted for Black Friday, watched football, watched Megan and ate some more.... it was a fantastic day.

The most important part of Thanksgiving...the turkeyDuring dinner we were all asked to say what we were thankful for and Jon said dinner.... and that's it so it must have been some good food.

The people who made this whole family possible! Love you guys.

Giving Thanks

Well in the spirit of Thanksgiving I'd like to take the time to say the things that I'm thankful for.

1. My wonderful supportive and loving parents. I'm so lucky to have parents I know will always be there for me. They have always supported me through everything in my life and have given me the great opportunity of going to college to get an education. I'm lucky enough to have parents that will come and spend all day to help me clean up and rake my yard! They are amazing and I'm so lucky.

The damage.... 10 yard debris bags
2. My beautiful sisters. I was blessed with three amazing ladies as my sisters and my best friends. There is no way to quite describe a bond that sisters have all I know is that no experience is quite the same without them. We laugh together and cry together we are always there for each other. Great sisters that will come visit me in Eugene and go to dinner with me.

3. The love of my life, Jon. We have almost been together for three years now which is only about 1/7 of my life lol but now I can't even imagine my life without him. I feel to lucky to have him in my life.

4. My two best friends Jenna and Robbie. One of them I have known for 8 years and the other about 1 year but they both have been amazing people in my life and always know how to make me smile. I'm blessed to have such great friends.

Happy Thanksgiving!!.. a little late
